Abstract
Ovim će se radom opisati sustav suvremenih brodskih vijaka sa zakretnim krilima. Uspoređujući ih s vijkom s neprekretnim krilima, biti će vidljive određene prednosti, nedostatci, na kojim se brodovima primjenjuju, te iz kojih razloga. Opisivanjem glavnih dijelova i načela rada sustava, objasnit će se i sustavi regulacije kao i krivulja opterećenja koja je ključna u dobivanju što veće iskoristivosti propulzije sa što manjom potrošnjom goriva. U svrhu boljeg predočavanja problematike, u radu je kao primjer djelomično izložena studija o uštedi goriva broda za opskrbu plutača.
Abstract (english)
The study describes systems of modern controllabe pitch propellers. In comparison to fixed pitch propellers certain advantages and disadvantages are explained, along with the reasons why CPP is used on board vessels. By describing main parts and working principles, system regulations and load curve, which is crucial in achieving maximum efficiency with lower fuel consumption, will be explained. For better understanding of the matter, study on fuel savings on bouy tender vessels is exhibited as an example in this study.
