Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tema plana intervencije kod iznenadnog onečišćenja mora. Cilj ovog rada je upoznati čitaoca s problematikom pravovremene reakcije u slučajevima nezgoda, te sanacije u najbržem vremenskom roku uz optimalnu financijsku učinkovitost. U radu su opisani uzroci koji mogu utjecati na onečišćenje morskog okoliša, te su detaljnije obrađene nezgode s uljima (engl. HFO1). Prikazana su sustavi i tehnike koje se primjenjuju kod sanacije onečišćenja uljima. Nadalje navedeni su subjekti koji su elementi provedbe plana intervencija, struktura te uređenje istih. U radu je također prikazana financijska struktura plana onečišćenja te je za primjer obrađen plan intervencije kod iznenadnog onečišćenja Međimurske županije.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of the intervention plan in the event of sudden sea pollution. The aim of this paper is to acquaint the reader with the issue of timely response in cases of accidents and remediation in the fastest possible time with optimal financial efficiency. The paper describes the causes that can affect the pollution of the marine environment, and deals in more detail with accidents with oils (Heavy fuel oils). The systems and techniques used in the remediation of oil pollution are presented. Furthermore, the entities that are elements of the implementation of the intervention plan, structure and regulation are listed. The paper also presents the financial structure of the pollution plan and, for example, discusses the intervention plan for sudden pollution of Međimurje County.
