Abstract
U ovom radu opisuju se kvarovi brodskih hidrauličnih sustava te njihov utjecaj na sigurnost i funkcionalnost pojedinih komponentni brodskog sustava. U uvodnom dijelu rada obrađeni su osnovni dijelovi koji su potrebni za rad i razumijevanje hidrauličnih sustava, dok su daljnjom razradom obrađeni potencijalni kvarovi tih komponenti i dijelova kao i uzroci odnosno posljedice njihovog nastanka. Ovaj rad ima za cilj prikazati neke od mogućih kvarova neovisno o tome dali su nastali kao posljedica konstrukcijske greške ili ljudskog djelovanja, nepravilne i nestručne ugradnje odnosno održavanja te razrađuje mogućnosti uspješnog otklanjanja kvarova odnosno preveniranja istih. Jedna od glavnih točaka obrade bit će fokusirana na ukazivanje preventivnog održavanja koji ima cilj smanjiti mogućnosti pojave kvarova što vodi ka dugotrajnoj eksploataciji sustava.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the failures of marine hydraulic systems whose impact on the safety and functionality of individual components of the marine system. The introductory part of the paper deals with the basic parts required for the operation and understanding of hydraulic systems, while further elaboration deals with potential failures of these components and parts as well as the causes and consequences of their occurrence. This paper aims to present some of the possible failures, regardless of whether they occurred as a result of construction error or human activity, improper and unprofessional installation or maintenance, and elaborates the possibilities of successful troubleshooting or prevention. One of the main points of processing will be focused on indicating preventive maintenance, which aims to reduce the possibility of failures leading to long-term operation of the system.
