Abstract
Zračenje je slučajan proces u kojem dolazi do prijenosa energije između dvije čestice koje su u međudjelovanju. U načelu, dolazi do emitiranja alfa i beta čestica koje uzrokuju promjene jedne kemijske tvari u drugu uz oslobođenje određene količine energije. Većina rada posvećena je uređajima koji mjere zračenje ovisno o vrsti informacija koje su potrebne. Ukoliko se zračenje gleda s aspekta utjecaja na čovjeka, onda se govori o biološkim efektima zračenja koji opisuju promjene u živom organizmu... More koji su nastali upravo utjecajem čestica zračenja koje prolaze kroz organizam ozračenog pojedinca. Uređaji su podijeljeni u tri glavne kategorije: dozimetri, brojači i vizualizatori tragova. Radi podizanja svijesti 7. poglavlje je posvećeno zaštiti pomoraca u situacijama gdje postoji izvor zračenja te su navedeni načini kako se zaštiti od istih. Less
Abstract (english)
Radiation is an coincidental event in which energy is transferred between two particles that are interacting. In principle, alfa and beta particles are being broadcasted and the matter that is under that influence changes its chemical composition. Mentioned event is being followed by energy release. Most of the paper is dedicated to devices for measurement and registration of radiation depending what information is needed. If radiation is looked from a biological stand point then we are... More talking about biological effects of radiation which describe changes in a living organism that are the product of particles of radiation passing through the radiated individual. The devices are divided into 3 main groups: dosimeters, trace visualizers and counters. In order to raise awareness, chapter 7. is dedicated to protection of seaman in situations where there is a radiation source and its aim is to learn how to protect from radiation. Less
