Abstract
Pomorske nesreće događaju se od kad postoji pomorstvo i ljudski faktor često je važan čimbenik u pojavi pomorskih nesreća. Međutim, od sredine sedamdesetih godina sve veći fokus stavljen je na istraživanje pomorskih nesreća u kojima je ključan bio ljudski faktor kao pokretač nesreće pri čemu se pokazalo kako su brojne nesreće mogle se izbjeći ukoliko bi osoblje bilo bolje obučeno ili ukoliko bi postojala jasnija i kvalitetnija komunikacija između osoblja i drugih sudionika u pomorskom prometu. Tragom toga razvija se poseban menadžment za upravljanje i komunikaciju na mostu broda kako bi se uklonili svi mogući izvori nesporazuma kao i poboljšala komunikacija s drugim dijelovima broda i ostalim sudionicima u pomorskom prometu. Analiza nesreća pokazala je kako je prisutnost ljudskog faktora u pomorskim nesrećama značajna, međutim uvelike se smanjila u posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća zahvaljujući boljoj koordiniranosti i inicijativama kroz mjere i ISM kodeks koje je uveo IMO.
Abstract (english)
Maritime accidents have been going on since the existence of maritime affairs and the human factor is often an important factor in the occurrence of maritime accidents. However, since the mid-1970s, an increasing focus has been placed on the study of maritime accidents in which the human factor was a key driver of accidents, showing how many accidents can be avoided if staff were better trained or if there was clearer and better communication between staff. and other participants in maritime transport. Following this, a special management is developed for the management and communication on the ship's bridge in order to eliminate all possible sources of misunderstanding as well as to improve communication with other parts of the ship and other participants in maritime traffic. Accident analysis has shown that the presence of the human factor in maritime accidents is significant, however it has greatly decreased in recent decades thanks to better coordination and initiative through measures and the ISM Code introduced by the IMO.
