Abstract
Predmet ovog rada su načini na koje se iskorištava ispareni dio tereta na LNG brodovima. Rad se sastoji od 7 poglavlja u kojima su opisane karakteristike samog prirodnog plina, nastanak isparavanja tereta te načini na koje se ispareni teret može iskoristit ovisno o brodskim postrojenjima. U prvom poglavlju ”Uvod” objašnjena je tema rada. Drugo i treće poglavlje pod nazivima ”Prirodni plin”, i ”Ispareni plin” opisuje karakteristike prirodnog plina, te razloge nastanka isparavanja plina kod različitih manipulacija s teretom. U četvrtom poglavlju ”Korištenje isparenog plina za pogon strojeva” opisani su strojevi koje koriste ispareni plin za pogon. U petom poglavlju ”Sustav ukapljivanja isparenog plina na LNG brodovima” opisan je sustav reukapljivanja s podatcima iz brodskog manuala. Šesto poglavlje ” Spaljivanje i ispuštanje isparenog tereta u atmosferu ” opisuje načine rada spaljivača tereta i načine ispuštanja plina u atmosferu. Sedmo poglavlje je zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this labour is using boil off on LNG ships. The labour is structured in 8 charpters which describe characteristics of natural gas, gas formation and methods which are using depending of ships facilites. In first chapter "Introduction" topic of the labour is explained. Second and third chapter "Natural Gas" and "Boil off gas" describe characteristics of natural gas and reasons of the evaporation during various cargo handling. In fourth chapter "Using boil off gas for main engines" are described different types of engines used on LNG ships. Fifth chapter " reliquefaction system on LNG ships" describes reliquefaction system from cargo operating manual. Sixth chapter " Burning and releasing boil off in atmosphere " describes work of gas combustion unit and ways of releasing gas into the atmosphere. Chapter seven is the conclusion.
