Abstract
Valjni ležajevi koriste se za smanjenje trenja između pokretnih dijelova u strojevima. Omogućuju glatku rotaciju i linearno kretanje korištenjem kotrljajućih elemenata, kao što su kuglice ili valjci za odvajanje i podupiranje pokretnih dijelova. Pokretni dijelovi pomažu smanjiti trenje i trošenje,a povećavaju učinkovitost i produljuju životni vijek strojeva. Proučavanje kvarova valjnih ležajeva bitno je s razloga pouzdanosti i raspoloživosti strojnih sustava. Sve greške na ležajevima mogu dovesti do smanjene učinkovitosti, povećanog trošenja i mogućih kvarova sustava.
Abstract (english)
Roller bearings are used to reduce friction between moving parts in machines. They enable smooth rotation and linear movement by using rolling elements, such as balls or rollers to separate and support moving parts. Moving parts help reduce friction and wear, increase efficiency and extend the life of machines. The study of rolling bearing failures is important for reasons of reliability and availability of machine systems. All bearing faults can lead to reduced efficiency, increased wear and possible system failures.
