Abstract
Nautički turizam je iznimno kompleksna djelatnost koja zahtijeva pravilno funkcioniranje drugih turističkih djelatnosti kako bi i ona sama mogla na pravilan način funkcionirati. Luke nautičkog turizma kao sastavni dio moraju znati prepoznati sve zahtjeve koje njihovi korisnici stavljaju pred njih, te im na pravilan način udovoljiti. Potrebno je stvoriti jasnu viziju s odgovorom na pitanje „Gdje želimo biti za određeno vrijeme?“ te odrediti misiju s odgovorima na pitanja „Koje ciljeve želimo dostići?“ i „Kako to želimo postići?“. U današnjem razvijenom svijetu kao glavnu okosnicu upravljanja može se smatrati informacija i njeno pravilno vrednovanje. Upravljanje kao glavna sastavnica svakog pravilnog vođenja ima za cilj korištenjem danih resursa postići najveći stupanj kvalitete koji je moguć u danom trenutku. Luke nautičkog turizma imaju izniman gospodarski učinak za svaku zemlju bilo da se nalaze na moru, rijekama ili jezerima, te je njihovo pravilno upravljanje, praćenje svjetskih trendova i jasan cilj koji se želi postići od iznimnog značaja za svaku državu koja se želi razvijati i biti konkurentna na svjetskom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Nautical tourism is a very complex activity that demands proper functioning of other touristical activities so it could itself operate properly. The ports of nautical tourism as an integral part must know how to recognize all the demands that are put in front of them by their users, and to satisfy them in a correct way. It is important to create a clear vision along with an answer to the question "Where do we want to be after a certain time?" and to determine the mission with the answers to questions "What are our goals?" and "How do we want to accomplish that?". In the current developed world the information and its proper evaluation can be regarded as a backbone of management. The management as a main component of every proper leading has a goal to achieve the highest possible level of quality using the available resources. The ports of nautical tourism have an extraordinary economic effect for every country with access to seas, rivers or lakes, so its correct management, monitoring the world trends and a well defined goal of an utmost importance for every country that wants to develop and compete on the world market.
