Abstract
Ljudski faktor se smatra uzrokom oko 80 % pomorskih nezgoda. To ukazuje na činjenicu da sigurnost na suvremenim brodovima uz svu raspoloživu tehnologiju i obrazovanje, nije na zadovoljavajućoj razini. Razlog tako poražavajućih rezultata leži u odnosu pomorca prema brodu (izvršavanju obaveza), te samog odnosa posade među sobom. Nažalost, pomorske nezgode i njihove posljedice su neizbježan dio pomorstva. Unatoč naprednoj tehnologiji i suvremenijem obrazovanju, ljudski faktor je jedan od najbitnijih elemenata kada se istražuju razlozi pomorske nezgode. Prije svega cilj ovog rada je istražiti utjecaj i nastanak ljudskog faktora kao jednog od glavnih razloga pomorskih nezgoda.
Abstract (english)
Human factor is considered to be the cause of 80% of marine accidents. This shows that in spite of all available technology and education, safety on modern vessels is still not satisfactory. The reason for these unsatisfactory results lies in the relationship of the marine men towards the vessel (performing duties) and the relationship among the men themselves. Unfortunately, accidents on the sea and their consequences are an unavoidable part of seafaring. Despite advanced technology and modern education, human factor is one of the most important elements when investigating the reasons of the accident. Primarily, the aim of this work is to research the impact and the reason why human factor is one of the major causes of marine accidents.
