Abstract
Brodski VDR uređaj je elektroničko-komunikacijska naprava koja mora na siguran način spremiti snimljene podatke u svezi rada brodskog sustava, navigacije broda i upravljanja brodom te ih kasnije učiniti dostupnima u svrhu pomoći pri utvrđivanju uzroka pomorske nesreće. Nema nikakve sumnje da je korištenje brodskog VDR-a u komercijalnoj pomorskoj industriji napravilo znatan doprinos razumijevanju uzroka nesreće i poboljšanja sigurnosti na brodu. Otkrivanje neusklađenosti između položaja u stvarnom vremenu i podataka brodskog koridora upozorit će zadužene osobe na kopnu, većinom djelatnike službi traganja i spašavanja, kao što je npr. DPA (engl.: Designated Person Ashore). U ovom radu su prikazane opće značajke i elementi brodskog VDR G4[e] sustava (engl. Voyage Data Recorder), kao i detaljni opis konfiguracije elemenata, odnosno komponenti brodskog VDR G4[e] uređaja.
Abstract (english)
The ship's VDR device is an electronic communication device that must safely save the recorded data, regarding the operation of the ship's system, ship navigation and ship management, and furthermore make them available to help determine the cause of a maritime accident. There is no doubt that using VDR in the commercial marine industry has made a significant contribution to understanding the cause of the accident and improving ship safety. The discovery of mismatch between real-time position and ship corridor data will alert land-based persons, mostly search and rescue personnel, such as DPA (Designated Person Ashore). This paper presents general features and elements of VDR G4[e] system (Voyage Data Recorder), as well as a detailed description of the configuration of the elements, or components of the ship's VDR G4[e] device.
