Abstract
U današnje vrijeme upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima temeljna je vrijednost za obavljanje djelatnosti unutar poduzeća koja pokreće sve druge resurse. U radu se kroz teorijski dio nastoji definirati ljudske potencijale, objasniti na koji način menadžment ljudskog kapitala pridonosi napretku poduzeća te definirati politike i procedure upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Selekcija zaposlenika složen je proces nakon kojeg se nastavlja proces uvođenja novih zaposlenika u posao. U radu su prikazani primjeri uvođenja zaposlenika u posao na nekoliko poduzeća te istaknuti problemi koji se javljaju pri dolasku zaposlenika na novo radno mjesto gdje uvođenje nije organizirani proces. Mobilno učenje na radnom mjestu i Guidebook aplikacija jedni su od budućih rješenja kojima se olakšava uvođenje ljudi u posao i povećava mogućnost napretka na tržištu s izuzetno jakom konkurencijom.
Abstract (english)
It today's companies, human-resource management is a fundamental business factor, driving all other resources. In the theoretical part, this paper defines human potential and explains the way human resource management contributes (benefits) a company. Moreover, it defines human resource politics and procedures. Human resources perform highly complex tasks such as recruitment and staffing. The thesis presents several examples of induction, and problems which arise when some of the companies do not have organized and planned programmes. M-learning and guidebook application as two future solutions for employees can facilitate induction and at the same time increase the ability for companies to progress in the market with extremely strong competition.
