Abstract U ovom radu analizira se pojam kvalitete, sustavi i alati za upravljanje. Kvaliteta se u svijetu po mnogima smatra najzna ajnijim fenomenom našeg vremena s trajnim trendom na naglašavanju. Porast zna aja kvalitete je došao kao potpuni civilizacijski odgovor na posljedice industrijskog razvoja. Pokazatelji kvalitete definiraju se kao veli ine koje kvantificiraju kvalitetu nekog proizvoda (usluge), procesa ili organizacije. Naj ešće, kategorizacija pokazatelja kvalitete vrši se temeljem dvaju kriterija: prema tipu objekta kvalitete i prema vrsti karakteristike koju opisuje. Postoje etiri kategorije pokazatelja kvalitete to su: kvaliteta proizvoda, kvaliteta usluge, kvaliteta procesa i kvaliteta organizacije. Za sve etiri kategorije vrijedi da su rezultat procesa koji se naziva vrednovanje kvalitete. Kvaliteta je postala svjetski pokret i na in ţivljenja. U traţenju konstantnog poboljšavanja i unaprijeđivanja ljudi, timovi ili menadţemnt koriste razne metode, a s time i razne alate koji će biti opisani u ovome radu. Uspjeh organizacije najviše ovisi o kvaliteti proizvoda ili usluga. Kvaliteta je zna ajan faktor opstanka, poslovnog uspjeha i prioriteta poduzeća. Klju ni princip sistema kvalitete je donošenje odluka na osnovu injenica, do kojih se dolazi prikupljanjem, obradom i analizom podataka. Da bi se uspješno upravljalo kvalitetom u organizaciji potrebno je provoditi neprestana poboljšavanja, organizacija mora pridavati vaţnost kupcima. Kvalitetu se promatra i kao kvaliteta prirodnih resursa te ostalih imbenika ljudkih aktivnosti. Na kvalitetu resursa nadovezuje se kvaliteta proizvodnih odnosno poslovnih procesa, a u kona nici i kvaliteta gotovih proizvoda odnosno outputa te kvaliteta ljudskog faktora.
Abstract (english) This paper analyzes the concept of quality, management systems and tools. Quality is considered by many to be the most significant phenomenon of our time in the world with a lasting trend on emphasis. The increase in the importance of quality came as a complete civilizational response to the consequences of industrial development. Quality indicators are defined as quantities that quantify the quality of a product (service), process or organization. Most often, the categorization of quality indicators is done on the basis of two criteria: according to the type of quality object and according to the type of characteristic it describes. There are four categories of quality indicators: product quality, service quality, process quality and organization quality. All four categories are the result of a process called quality evaluation.
Quality has become a global movement and way of life. In the search for constant improvement and advancement of people, teams or management use various methods, and thus various tools that will be described in this paper. The success of an organization mostly depends on the quality of products or services. Quality is a significant factor in the survival, business success and priorities of a company. The key principle of the quality system is making decisions based on facts, which are obtained by collecting, processing and analyzing data. In order to successfully manage quality in an organization it is necessary to implement continuous improvements, the organization must attach importance to customers. Quality is also seen as the quality of natural resources and other factors of human activities. The quality of resources is followed by the quality of production and business processes, and ultimately the quality of finished products or output and the quality of the human factor.
