Abstract | U diplomskom radu obrađena je tehnologija gradnje trupa jaružara. Na osnovu prikupljenih podataka definirana je osnovna podjela jaružara po tipu, njegove karakteristike i tehničke specifičnosti. Radi lakšeg razumijevanja funkcioniranja jaružara, opisan je sistem rada kopača te su definirani dijelovi trupa i opreme neophodni za njegovo funkcioniranje. Zahtjevima klasifikacijskog društva za gradnju trupa određeni su načini ispitivanja, izrade brodske konstrukcije i opreme te su definirani dijelovi strukture koju treba podvrgnuti ispitivanju. Na osnovu ograničenja u proizvodnom procesu u fazi predobrade, obrade, predmontaže, ukrupnjavanja, antikorozivne zaštite i montaže trup je podijeljen na sekcije te je dan njihov prikaz. Posebno su razrađeni karakteristični dijelovi strukture broda kao što su krmeni zdenac, pramčani zdenac, nosač kolica pilona i okretni pramac. Najveći dio rada odnosi se na radnu ruku kopača koja je smještena u krmenom zdencu. Radna ruka kopača karakteristična je po svojim dimenzija i masi od 1100t zbog čega se primjenjuje posve nova tehnologija porinuća broda pramcem pri čemu će se montaža kopača obavljati u nastavku navoza neposredno iza krmenog zdenca u koji će se kopač nakon montaže porinuti. Detaljnije je obrađena predmontaža, montaža i opremanje bloka radne ruke kopača te se razrađuju postupci njenog zavarivanja, antikorozivne zaštite i kontrole dimenzija. |
Abstract (english) | In this graduate work construction of the dredger hull has been elaborated. Based on the collected data, basic division of the dredges was defined by type, its characteristics and technical specifications. For easier understanding of the dredger functioning, the system of axcavator operation is described along with parts of the hull and equipment essential for its functioning. With requirements of the classification society for hull construction, methods of testing, construction of the ship structure and equipment are defined alongside with the parts of the structure that are subjected to the testing. Based on the limitations of production process in the pretreatment, treatment, premontage, enlargment, corrosive protection and montage, the hull is divided into sections and their review is given. Particularly crafted parts of the ship's structure, such as aft well, bilge well, pylon trolley carrier, and rotational bow are specially elaborated. The biggest part of the work is related to the working hand of the digger which is located in the aft well. The working hand of the digger is characterized by its dimensions and a mass of 1100t which is why completely new boat launching technology by stern is applied, with the mounting of the digger being carried in the lateral slipway directly behind the aft well in which the digger will be launched into. More detail is made on premontage, montage and equipping the block of digger working hand, and the processes of its welding, corrosive protection and dimensional control are elaborated. |
