Abstract
Od najranijih zapisa, prije postojanja ekonomije kao znanosti i matematičke današnje sofisticiranosti, razmjena dobara, usluga ili bilo čega od vrijednosti bila je vezana kvantifikacijom vrijednosti tih objekata razmjene. Kako se čovječanstvo razvijalo, tako su se razvijale matematika i ekonomija i veza među njima. Ekonomija je postajala sve ovisnija o matematičkim alatima koje joj pomažu kvantificirati, uspoređivati, predviđati te analizirati pojave koje se manifestiraju u progresivno kompleksnijem okruženju. Pojavom potrebe za dinamičkom analizom u ekonomiju ulazi infinitezimalni račun. Ovaj rad se fokusira na raščlambu primjene integralnog računa u raznim ekonomskim okolnostima te daje primjere upotrebe za pojedinačne primjene.
Abstract (english)
From the earliest scriptures, before economy existed as a science and mathematics as we know it today, the exchange of goods, services or anything of value was tied to the quantification of values of those objects of trade. As the humankind developed, so developed mathematics and economy and the relationship between them. Economy was becoming more dependent on the tools of mathematics that help it quantify, compare, foresee and analyze phenomena that manifest in a progressively complex environment. Infinitesimal calculus got introduced in economy as a result of the appearance of the need for dynamic analysis. This paper focuses on the breakdown of application of integration in a wide array of economic circumstances and provides examples of said application on particular uses.
