Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada je definirati način rada brodskog relejnog upravljačkog sustava za pumpu slatke vode, izraditi upravljački algoritam i realizirati relejni upravljački sustav. Rad se temelji na postojećem sustavu brodskog relejnog sustava upravljanja pumpom slatke vode s broda MB Storm, brodarske kompanije Brodospas, Split i predstavlja modifikaciju izvornog sustava. U ovome radu nalaze se opisani svi sadržaji potrebni za razumijevanje rada sustava kao i sadržaji potrebni za izradu upravljačkog sustava. U radu se predlaže primjena tablice istine pri formiranju upravljačkog algoritma na temelju kojeg se crta strujna upravljačka shema prema kojoj se formira upravljački sustav. Predložena tehnika izrade upravljačkog sustava može se primijeniti na bilo koji zadatak iz područja relejnog upravljanja.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to define operation of the marine relay control system for the fresh water pump, to create a control algorithm and to make the relay control system. The work is based on the existing system of marine relay control system of freshwater pumping from MB Storm, Brodospas, Split, and represents a modification of the original system. This paper describes all the features needed to understand the operation of the system as well as the contents required to create a control system. The paper proposes the use of the Truth Table when forming a control algorithm based on which an electric control diagram is formed, and according to which the control system is formed. The proposed technique of designing a control system can be applied to any task in the field of relay control.
