Abstract
Brodski motori bili su i ostali najkompleksniji strojevi korišteni u propulziji broda. Upravo zbog svoje kompleksnosti podložni su kvarovima i oštećenjima koje treba pravilno dijagnosticirati i popraviti. U ovom radu opisani su radni procesi dvotaktnog brodskog sporokretnog dizelskog motora te kvarovi i uzroci tih kvarova koji se dijagnosticiraju na temelju indiciranih dijagrama. Podatke iz ovog rada moguće je iskoristiti u svrhu ocjene radnog procesa u cilindru motora odnosno za dijagnosticiranje pojedinih sustava na motoru poput: sustava ubrizgavanja, sustavu ispiranja i prednabijanja, sustavu ispušnih ventila, košuljici i stapu te turbopuhalu. Pravilnom dijagnostikom radnih procesa moguće znatno povećati eksploataciju motora što čini dijagnostiku kvarova jednom od najvažnijih postupaka u održavanju i popravku motora.
Abstract (english)
Marine engines were and still are one of the most complex machines that are used in ship propulsion. Because of its complexity they are submissive to malfunction and damage that needs to be properly diagnosed and fixed. This article describes working processes of a two stroke slow speed marine diesel engine, malfunction and cause of malfunction which are diagnosed with indication diagrams. Data from this article can be used in order to assess the work process in the cylinder or as an aid in the diagnosis of individual systems of the engine like: faults in the injection system, the system flushing and boost , the system exhausts valves, liner and a piston , and the turbocharger. With the right diagnosis of the working processes it is possible to increase exploitation of the engine which makes engine diagnosis one of the most important processes in maintenance and repair of the engine.
