Abstract
Pomorsko-riječni prijevoz obilježen je posebnom tehnologijom transporta tereta. Navedeni transport naziva se prijevoz pomoću teglenica, maonama ili baržama. Teglenice se zajedno s remorkerima dovoze do specijalnih brodova koji služe za prijevoz teglenica. Cilj rada je upravo opisati spomenute brodove koji su namijenjeni za tegljenje. Teglenice mogu biti različitih oblika, a prevoze se pomoću specijalnih brodova. Može se reći kako je zapravo riječ o plutajućim kontejnerima nosivosti od 300 do 850 tona. Dimenzije teglenica nisu standardizirane te mogu biti različitih oblika. Najčešće su građene od čelika ili fiberglasa. U ovom radu obradit će se nekoliko sustava brodova za prijevoz teglenica, tj.: LASH, SEABEE, BACAT, CAPRICORN i CONDOCK.
Abstract (english)
Maritime and river transport is marked by a special cargo transport technology. That transport is called transport by barges, maonas or lorries. The barges are transported by tow boats to special ships serving barge transportation. The aim of this paper is to describe these vessels designed for towing. Barges come in different types and shapes and they are transported in special ships. It is actually a floating container that has a capacity of 300 to 850 tons. The barge dimensions are not standardized either in size or in shape. They are mostly made of steel or fiberglass. This paper deals with some boat transport systems, namely: LASH, SEABEE, BACAT, CAPRICORN and CONDOCK.
