Abstract
U radu se istražuju promjene u okruženju u industriji marina te se na temelju toga predviđaju karakteristike marina u budućnosti. Usklađivanje s ključnim trendovima u okruženju predstavlja sve veći izazov uspješnog poslovanja marina širom svijeta. Jedan od najznačajnijih trendova koji značajno utječe na poslovne organizacije vezan je za društveno odgovorno poslovanje. S obzirom na veliki ekonomski i društveni doprinos marina u zajednici evidentna je potreba za istraživanjem njihovog usklađivanja s rastućim zahtjevima iz okruženja vezanim za društvenu odgovornost. Na primjeru nekoliko istaknutih marina u radu su prikazani koncepti suvremenog poslovanja kojima je glavni fokus društvena odgovornost na različitim razinama menadžmenta.
Abstract (english)
The paper investigates changes in the marine industry environment and based on this predicts marina characteristics in the future. Alignment with key trends in the environment is a growing challenge for successful marine operations around the world. One of the most significant trends that imensely affects business organizations is related to socially responsible business. Given the great economic and social contribution of marinas in the community, there is a clear need to explore their alignment with the growing demands on the environment associated with social responsibility. In the example of several prominent marinas, the paper presents the concepts of modern business, with a focus on social responsibility at different levels of management.
