Abstract
Cilj rada je analizirati elemente koji su važni za razvoj pomorstva te odrediti kolika je važnost njihovog utjecaja. Istražene su prednosti razvoja pomorstva. Istraživanjem tržišta potrebno je otkriti potrebe, motive i ponašanje tržišta kako bi se otkrila potražnja za proizvodima i uslugama. U hrvatskom pomorstvu značajan utjecaj na poticanje razvitka gospodarstva imaju morske luke u koje je u budućnosti potrebno dodatno investirati kako bi bile u skladu s ostalim svjetskim lukama. Poseban naglasak stavlja se na sigurnost pomorskog prometa i zaštitu morskog okoliša. U radu je analiziran strateški razvoj pomorstva Republike Hrvatske te strateški ciljevi i glavni nedostatci.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to analyze the elements that are important for development of maritime affairs and determine how important is their imact. Advantages of development have been explored. By researching the market, it is necessary to discover needs, motives and market behavior in order to discover the demand for products and services. In Croatian maritime there is a significant influence placed on the encouragement of the economical development of the seaports, in which necessary additionally invest in order for them to be in accordance with the other ports in the world. Significant emphasis is places on maritime traffic safety and environmental protection. The graduate thesis analyzes the strategy of development of Croatian maritime and its strategic objectives and main disadventages.
