Abstract
Norma ISO 9001 predstavlja temeljnu normu za sustave upravljanja kvalitetom, te se njom koristi preko milijun organizacija diljem svijeta, bez obzira o kojoj se veličini i vrsti djelatnosti radi. Kvlaliteta danas predstavlja jednu od važnijih karakteristika uspješnog poslovanja, te se upravo provođenjem normi ISO 9001 postiže visok stupanj kvalitete proizvoda i usluga. U radu su detaljno opisane norme ISO 9001:2008 i ISO 9001:2015, njihove prednosti i nedostaci te međusobna usporedba. Tema završnog rada je “Rizici prilikom usklađivanja i prelaska na normu ISO 9001:2015”. Precizno su definirani rizici s kojima se organizacije suočavaju, problemi koji nastaju prilikom upravljanja rizicima te posljedice koje rizci nose s obzirom na poslovanje organizacije. Prikazni su primjeri nekoliko Hrvatskih organizacije te njihovo upravljanje rizcima s kojima su suočeni.
Abstract (english)
The ISO 9001 norm represents a fundamental norm for quality management systems and it is used by over one million organization all around the world, regardless the size and type of business activity. Quality is today one of the most important characteristics of successful business, and by implementing the ISO 9001 standard, a high degree of quality of products and services is achived. This paper describes the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, their advantages and disadvantages and their mutual comparison. The topic of the final work is “Risks when aligning and transitioning to ISO 9001:2015”. The risks faced by organizations are precisely defined, as well as the problems that arise in managing the risks and the risks that company takes with regard to the organization's operations. There are examples of several Croation organizations and their management of the risks they are facing with.
