Abstract
Svrha ovog rada jest definirati pojmove produktivnog i neproduktivnog autoriteta te moći, navesti vrste autoriteta i načine efektivne i legitimne uporabe autoriteta u svrhu postizanja ciljeva, te prikazati implikacije uporabe autoriteta na ponašanje pojedinca. Za pisanje rada uz sekundarne podatke, korišteni su i izvori kao što su knjige, časopisi i internetski izvori. Provedena je i anketa među zaposlenicima pomorskih kompanija. Cilj rada je utvrditi produktivne odnosno neproduktivne osobine koje posjeduje autoritet u nekoj organizaciji. Istraživanjem je otkriveno da produktivan autoritet posjeduje stvarnu moć za razliku od neproduktivnog autoriteta.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper is to define the concepts of productive and unproductive authority and power, to specify the types of powers and ways of effective and legitimate use of authority for the purpose of achieving goals, and to show the implications of the use of authority on the behavior of an individual. Sources such as books, magazines, and online sources have also been used for writing secondary data. A survey was also carried out among the employees of the maritime company. The aim of the paper is to identify productive and non-productive features that have authority in some organization. Research has revealed that productive authority possesses real power as opposed to unproductive authority.
