Abstract
Turbulentne promjene na tržištu i razvoj informacijskih tehnologija utječu na poslovanje kako privrednih subjekata, tako i državnih ustanova. Informatizacija poslovanja u školstvu Republike Hrvatske je u tijeku, a početkom školske godine je uvedena web aplikacija e-Dnevnik u većinu osnovnih škola. Ovaj rad istražuje reakcije učitelja na uvođenje e-poslovanja, kao i međusobne odnose između računalnih kompetencija učitelja u privatnom životu, njihovog povjerenja u sigurnost svojih podataka na internetu, obuke koju su prošli prije uvođenja ove web aplikacije i njihovog otpora prema radu s aplikacijom. Rad je osvijetlio neke značajne momente u ovim međuodnosima.
Abstract (english)
Turbulent changes in the market and development of information technology affect operations of both businesses and state institutions. The informatization of business processes in Croatian education is an ongoing activity, and at the beginning of the school year a web application e-Dnevnik was introduced in most elementary schools. This paper explores the reactions of teachers to implementation of e-business as well as the relationship between computer competences in their private life, their confidence in the security of their data on the internet, the training they had before the implementation of this web application and their resistance to work with the application. This paper highlights some significant moments in these interrelations.
