Abstract
Operativni troškovi obuhvaćaju stalne, tekuće troškove te su povezani s poslovanjem broda svakodnevno. Odnose se na troškove posade, troškove popravaka i odrţavanja broda, troškove osiguranja broda te administrativne troškove. Općenito, troškovi broda za odreĊeno putovanje se mogu prikazati kao troškovi broda tijekom boravka u luci te troškovi broda tijekom plovidbe. Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada je opisati i analizirati operativne troškove pomorskog prijevoza koji su od iznimne vaţnosti za brodara. Bio nov ili star, brod gotovo uvijek zahtjeva razna ulaganja i redovno odrţavanje. Svi ti troškovi i ulaganja rastu do vrtoglavih iznosa te ih je potrebno smanjiti što je više moguće. Zahvaljujući upravo operativnoj podjeli troškova, brodaru je omogućeno preciznije planiranje poslovnih odluka te upravljanje troškovima poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Operating costs include ongoing, current costs and they are in relationship with the day to day ship operational activities. Operating costs are related to crew costs, repairs and maintenance costs, insurance costs and administration costs. Generally shipowner' s costs on the considered voyage can be presented as the daily cost in port and the daily cost at sea. The main goal of this paper is to describe and to analyse operating costs in shipping. No matter whether the ship is new or old, she always requires investments and regular maintenance. The related costs and such investments involve exorbitant figures and therefore require reduction as much as possible. Thanks to such a division of operating costs ship owners can have more accurate business plans and more efficient business cost management.
