Abstract
Konvencijom o radu pomoraca iz 2006. godine propisana su prava i obveze članova posade od ukrcaja na brod do njihovog povratka u njihovo prebivalište. Zapovjednik broda zapovijeda ostalim članovima posade. Zapovjednik broda mora imati položene odgovarajuće ispite, te posjedovati valjane svjedodžbe o osposobljenosti kako bi mogao biti ukrcan na brod u tom zvanju. Zapovjednik broda u obavljanju upravnih poslova ovlašten je davati naredbe svim osobama ukrcanima na brod, te im može čak i ograničiti... More slobodu kretanja. Ti poslovi se nazivaju i javna ovlaštenja koje zapovjednik obavlja u ime države zastave broda. Zapovjednik je također ovlašten sklapati ugovore i sve poslove vezane za teret. Uloga zapovjednika kod predaje robe je da preda robu ovlaštenom imatelju teretnice, te mora biti pažljiv da je original teretnice prezentiran prilikom predaje robe. Zapovjednikova je dužnost da u slučaju havarije uz sve svoje napore spašava putnike i osobe ukrcane na brodu, a ako je u havariji sudjelovao još jedan brod, također mora pružiti pomoć osobama koje se nalaze na tom brodu. Zapovjednik je dužan o svim radnjama informirati brodara i sve radnje upisivati u brodski dnevnik. Less
Abstract (english)
The 2006 Maritime Labor Convention prescribes the rights and obligations of crew members from boarding to their return to their place of residence. The master of the ship commands other crew members. The master of the ship must have passed the exam test and have valid test certificates in order to be able to board the ship in that occupation. The master is authorized to carry out administrative tasks authorized to issue orders to all persons boarded on a ship, which may even restrict his... More freedom of movement.
