Abstract
Teretne operacije na VLCC brodovima obuhvaćaju jedan kompleksan proces u kojemu svaka stavka mora funkcionirati kako bi se postigli optimalni ciljevi. Završni rad opisuje rukovanje sa sirovom naftom kao teretom, njezinu eksploataciju, prijevoz i skladištenje. Objašnjena je sama struktura prekrcaja tereta sa tankera u terminal i iz terminala na tanker. Također je vidljiv primjer rukovanja teretom pojedine kompanije i njezino objašnjenje. U zaključku je napravljen osvrt na trenutnu situaciju u tankerskom prijevozu kao i na potencijale u budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
Cargo operations on VLCC vessels include a complex process in which each item must function in order to achieve the optimum goals. This work describes handling with crude oil as a cargo, its exploration, transport and storage. The very structure of cargo loading from the tankers in the terminal and from the terminal on the tanker was explained. It is also an obvious example of handling the cargo of a particular company and its explanation. The conclusion is a brief overview of the current situation in tanker transport as well as potential in the future.
