Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada je istražiti značaj neverbalne komunikacije u organizaciji. Rad je fokusiran na pojmu komunikacije, osobito neverbalne, organizacije te komunikacije u organizaciji. Kroz teorijski dio ovoga rada upoznat ćemo se sa stilovima i vrstama komunikacije od kojih je za pisanje rada najznačajnija neverbalna komunikacija. Upoznat ćemo se također i s procesima komunikacije u organizaciji te s problemima koji se u njoj pojavljuju i načinima koji komunikaciju čine što uspješnijom.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to explore the importance of non-verbal communication in the organization. The paper focuses on the concepts of communication, especially non-verbal, organization and communication in the organization. Through the theoretical part of this paper, we will get acquainted with the styles and types of communication, focusing on non-verbal communication for the purpose of this paper. We will also get acquainted with the communication processes in the organization and the problems that may arise as well as the way to make comunication more successful.
