Abstract
Poremećaji spavanja, posebice nesanica, su jedni od najčešćih tegoba suvremenog društva. S ciljem ublažavanja blagih do umjerenih simptoma, pacijenti posežu za biljnim ljekovitim pripravcima, dok za ozbiljnije poremećaje liječnik propisuje farmakološku terapiju. Pridržavanje nefarmakoloških mjera i higijene spavanja ključno je za uklanjanje svih vrsta simptoma. Za potrebe ovog rada provedeno je anketno istraživanje među magistrima farmacije. Rad daje pregled nefarmakoloških savjeta, učinkovitih biljnih i OTC pripravaka te farmakološke terapije za liječenje nekih vrsta poremećaja spavanja- nesanice, sindroma nemirnih nogu, noćne apneje, narkolepsije, hodanja u snu, poremećaja cirkadijalnog ritma budnosti i spavanja u potpuno slijepih odraslih osoba. Farmaceut kao dio zdravstvenog tima, najdostupnija je osoba pacijentima za savjetovanje o navedenim poremećajima i njihovim mogućnostima liječenja.
Abstract (english)
Sleep disorders, especially insomnia, are one of the most common hadrship of modern society. With the goal of reduction mild to moderate symptoms, patients take herbal remedies, and for reduction some serious disorders doctors prescribe pharmacological therapy. Compliance with non-pharmacological methods and sleep hygiene is crucial to remove all types of symptoms. For the purposes of this paper was conducted a survey among masters of pharmacy. This paper reviews non-pharmacological methods, effective herbal and OTC remedies, and pharmacological therapy for treatment some of sleep disorders- insomnia, restless leg sindrome, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, somnambulism, disorder of circadian rhythm sleep-wake in totally blind people. Pharmacist as member of health care team, is the most available person to patients for consultation about above disorders and their possibilities of treatment.
