Abstract
S promjenama u zdravstvenom sustavu i potrebama društva općenito, tradicionalna ljekarnikova uloga se napušta i zamjenjuje novom, proširenom ljekarnikovom ulogom. Uloga ljekarnika, definirana Zakonom o ljekarništvu iz 2003. godine, obuhvaća odgovorno pružanje koncepta ljekarničke skrbi u postizanju boljih terapijskih ishoda i racionalnije i sigurne uporabe lijekova, poboljšanju kvalitete života bolesnika kao i sprječavanju bolesti te zaštiti zdravlja. Upravo su zato ljekarnici danas u jedinstvenoj poziciji kao vrijedan član zdravstveno-zaštitnog lanca za pružanje zdravstvene zaštite. Nameće se potreba i tendencija za utvrđivanje jasnih odredba kako bi se implementacija koncepta ljekarničke skrbi utemeljila i valorizirala u svakodnevnom radu ljekarnika. Pojava globalne pandemije SARS-CoV-19 virusom urgentno je nametnula potrebu za proširenom ljekarnikovom ulogom. Ljekarnici su u dobroj mjeri bili pripremljeni na svoju novu ulogu i također potvrdili svoju spremnost i kompetencije u novonastaloj situaciji. Ljekarnici su imali ključnu ulogu u održavanju sustava zdravstvene zaštite zbog njihovog položaja i dostupnosti pacijentima svakog dana i u svakom trenutku.Cilj ovog rada bio je analizirati prepreke i na koji način određene prepreke utječu na implementaciju koncepta ljekarničke skrbi. Prepreke koje ograničavaju djelatnost ljekarnika su proučavane iz aspekta zakonodavnih prepreka, institucionalnih prepreka, prostorno-fizičkih i organizacijskih prepreka te prepreke subjektivne prirode. Stoga, proveden je polustrukturirani intervju s dvanaest ljekarnika s područja grada Zagreba. Rezultati upućuju da u najvećoj mjeri ograničavajući utjecaj na implementaciju koncepta ljekarničke skrbi imaju prostorno-fizičke prepreke, organizacijsko-logističke prepreke te prepreke u obliku stava pacijenata. Istraživanje je jasno pokazalo da stručno znanje ljekarnika i njegove tehničko-manipulativne kompetencije imaju najmanji utjecaj na implementaciju koncepta ljekarničke skrbi.
Abstract (english)
With changes in health system and needs in society in general, traditional pharmacist's role is left behind and replace with new and extended one. Pharmacist's role defined by Law of pharmacy practice from 2003., includes providing concept of pharmaceutical care responsibly in achieving better terapeutical outcomes, rational and safer use of medicines, enhancing better quality of patient's life and disease prevention as well as health protection. That is the reason that pharmacists are nowdays in unique position as valued member of health care chain for providing health protection. The need and tendency are imposed to clearly define resolution of implementation in regards to pharmaceutical care concept to substantiate and value in everyday pharmacist's practice. With the emergence of a global pandemic SARS-CoV-19 virus the extended pharmacist's role was urgently emposed. Pharmacists were well prepared for their new role and once again confirmed their readiness and competences in newborn situation. Pharmacists had a key role in maintenance of the health care system because of their position and disposal to patients every day in every moment. Purpose of this paper was to analyse obstacles and in witch way some of them influence on to implementation of pharmaceutical care concept. The obstacles that are limiting pharmacetical practice are observed from legal limitation concept, institutional limitations, spatical and organizational limitations as well as subjective limitations. For that reason, quality study was conducted with twelve pharmacists included in Zagreb area. The results are implicating that major limitations on implentation of pharmaceutical care concept are influenced by spatical, organizational-logistical and patient's attitude obstacles. This research has clearly shown that pharmacist's professional knowledge and technical-manipulative skills have least of influence on pharmaceutical care implementation concept.
