Abstract
U ovom su diplomskom radu opisani osnovni pojmovi sferne geometrije, te su navedeni osnovni teoremi i definicije spomenutog područja matematike. Redom su opisana osnovna svojstva sferne geometrije, sferna trigonometrija, sferna gibanja te konačno, petodnevna radionica sferne geometrije na dodatnoj nastavi matematike. Sferna geometrija je gradivo koje se u Republici Hrvatskoj ne nalazi u redovnom programu osnovne i srednje škole. Stoga je u radu predstavljen način kako to područje približiti učenicima u sklopu dodatne nastave matematike. Prikazan je niz aktivnosti u kojima učenici provode konstrukcije u okruženjima ravninske i sferne geometrije te prevođenjem problema iz jedne geometrije u drugu produbljuju svoje znanje.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the basic concepts as well as an overview of the basic definitions and theorems of spherical geometry. It includes the following sections: basic concepts and properties of spherical geometry, spherical trigonometry, spherical motions, as well as a five-day workshop in spherical geometry for interested high school students. Spherical geometry is not part of the national curriculum for Croatian primary and secondary schools. Therefore, the paper presents a way to bring this area of mathematics closer to students through additional teaching of mathematics. It provides a sequence of activities in which students construct shapes in both geometries (plane and spherical geometry) as well as deepen their knowledge by transferring problems from one geometry to another.
