Abstract
Krku odlikuje veliki broj različitih prirodnih staništa s izuzetnom biološkom raznolikošću te veliki broj endema. Posebnost rijeci daju i protočna jezera, Brljansko i Visovačko, nastala izdizanjem sedrenih barijera. S obzirom na njihov smještaj, očekuju se određene razlike u kvalitativnom i kvantitativnom sastavu zajednica makrozoobentosa te u stupnju trofije. Tijekom jednogodišnjeg razdoblja prikupljeni su uzorci makrozoobentosa pomoću grabila na dvije postaje (na sredini, sa najdubljeg dijela jezera, te uz obalu, na mjestima gdje je prisutna vodena vegetacija) sa tri različite lokacije. U laboratoriju su izolirani predstavnici skupina te je izvršena determinacija do najnižih sistematskih kategorija. Budući da je makrozoobentos jezera slabo istražen, osnovni ciljevi su utvrditi sezonske i prostorne razlike u kvalitativnom i kvantitativnom sastavu zajednica te njihovom analizom i praćenjem odgovarajućih fizikalno-kemijskih pokazatelja, utvrditi stupanj trofije jezera.
Abstract (english)
The river of Krka boasts a large number of natural habitats with an extraordinary degree of biodiversity and a considerable number of endemic species. Another characteristic feature of the river is its barrage lakes, Brljan and Visovac lakes, which were created by virtue of travertine barriers. Considering their position, we can expect certain differences in the qualitative and quantitative composition of the macrozoobenthos communities and the ecological status. During one year we collected macrozoobenthos samples on two stations using grabbers (in the middle, in the deepest part of the lake and by the coast, at points where there is water vegetation) in three different locations. In the laboratory we isolated the representatives of the groups and performed determination to the lowest systematic categories. Given than the macrozoobenthos of the lakes has not been studied, the basic goals are to establish the seasonal and spatial differences in the qualitative and quantitative composition of the communities and establish the ecological status of the lakes through their analysis and monitoring the appropriate physical and chemical indicators.
