Abstract
Računarska neuroznanost koristeći matematičke modele istražuje živčani sustav. Hodgkin-Huxleyev model bio je prvi takav koji je matematički opisao generiranje i propagiranje akcijskog potencijala u neuronu. Koristeći modele neurona i pojmove iz elektrodinamike može se izračunati vrijednost električnog i magnetskog polja neurona. Uz pomoću numeričkih metoda prikazani matematički modeli neurona rješavaju se pomoću Python programskog jezika.
Abstract (english)
Computational neuroscience investigates the nervous system using mathematical models. The Hodgkin-Huxley model was the first to mathematically describe the generation and propagation of an action potential in a neuron. Furthermore, the value of the neuron’s electric and magnetic fields can be calculated using neuron models and concepts from electrodynamics. By using numerical methods, the presented mathematical models of neurons are solved using the Python programming language.
