Abstract
U ovom radu analiza napravljen je pregled dosadašnjih istraživanja i saznanja vezanih uz razvoj zametnih listića i signalnih centara kod miševa. Razvoj ovih ključnih bioloških procesa ima važan utjecaj na embriogenezu miševa te pruža dublje razumijevanje fundamentalnih mehanizama razvoja organizama. Proučavaju se faze embrionalnog razvoja miševa, mehanizmi diferencijacije stanica u zametnim listićima i uloga specifičnih signalnih centara tijekom embriogeneze. Genetske osnove razvoja zametnih listića istražuju se kroz analizu ključnih regulatornih gena. Zaključno, raspravlja se o rezultatima istraživanja i daje preporuke za daljnja istraživanja koja bi doprinijela produbljivanju saznanja o razvoju zametnih listića i signalnih centara kod miševa.
Abstract (english)
This study explores the fundamental issues related to the development of germ layers and signaling centers in mice. The development of these crucial biological processes plays a significant role in mouse embryogenesis and provides deeper insights into the fundamental mechanisms of organism development. The study examines the stages of embryonic development in mice, mechanisms of cell differentiation in germ layers, and the role of specific signaling centers during embryogenesis. The genetic basis of germ layer development is investigated through the analysis of key regulatory genes. In conclusion, the research findings are discussed, and recommendations for further studies contributing to a better understanding of primordial bud and signaling center development in mice are provided.
