Abstract
Požari predstavljaju značajnu prijetnju životu, imovini i okolišu, pri čemu učestalost i jačina variraju ovisno o geografskom području. Splitsko-dalmatinska županija, kao jedna od najvažnijih turističkih destinacija Hrvatske, suočava se s potencijalno visokim rizikom od požara, posebno tijekom ljetnih mjeseci kada prevladavaju visoke temperature i sušna razdoblja, stoga je od ključne važnosti razviti sveobuhvatan sustav procjene rizika od požara. Predmet i cilj istraživanja ovog rada je izrada procjene rizika od požara za Splitsko-dalmatinsku županiju prema podacima tridesetogodišnjeg razdoblja, a podaci su analizirani pomoću programa ArcMap. Korištena je metoda višekriterijske analize Analitički Hijerarhijski Proces (AHP) kao metodološki okvir za procjenu rizika od požara. AHP metoda je matematički pristup koji olakšava strukturiranu analizu složenih odluka koje uključuju više kriterija i alternativa. Pristup AHP metode omogućuje integraciju subjektivnih procjena stručnjaka s kvantitativnim podacima, što ga čini prikladnim za procjenu rizika od požara. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da kategorija visokog rizika zauzima najveći udio površine županije.
Abstract (english)
Fires pose a significant threat to life, property, and the environment, with frequency and intensity varying depending on the geographical area. The Split-Dalmatia County, as one of Croatia's most important tourist destinations, faces a potentially high risk of fires, especially during the summer months when high temperatures and dry periods prevail. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a comprehensive wildfire risk assessment system. The subject and aim of this research are to create a wildfire risk assessment for the Split-Dalmatia County based on thirty years of data, with data analyzed using the ArcMap program. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method of multicriteria analysis was used as the methodological framework for assessing fire risk. AHP is a mathematical approach that facilitates structured analysis of complex decisions involving multiple criteria and alternatives. The AHP method allows for the integration of expert subjective assessments with quantitative data, making it suitable for assessing wildfire risk. The research results showed that the high-risk category occupies the largest portion of the county's area.
