Abstract
Diplomski rad opisuje pristup problemu lokaliziranih stanja iona u poluvodiču koji je prvi put predložen u članku K. A. Kikoin, V. N. Flerov: „Struktura elektrona i funkcija distribucije lokaliziranih stanja u Andersonovom modelu. Dielektrična faza (1979.)“. Zbog nekonzistentnosti u dotadašnjim pristupima koje su u članku objašnjene, predlaže se taj pristup koji ravnopravno tretira elektrone na nečistoći i one u vrpci. Kanonskom transformacijom dobije se efektivni hamiltonijan koji je za poluvodičku fazu moguće tretirati aproksimativno bez nekonzistentnosti karakterističnih za pristup molekularnog polja.
Abstract (english)
Diploma thesis describes an approach to a problem of localized states of ions in semiconductors that was first proposed in the article K. A. Kikoin, V. N. Flerov: „Electron structure and distribution function of localized states in the Anderson model. The dielectric phase (1979.)“. Because of inconsistencies in previous approaches, that are explained in the article, this approach suggests treating electrons on impurity and those in a band equally. Using canonical transformation effective Hamiltonian is obtained that can, for semiconducting phase, be treated approximately without inconsistencies characteristic for molecular field approach.
