Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazani su negativni aspekti modela linearne ekonomije. Prikazani su važni razlozi potrebe prelaska na model cirkularne ekonomije. Kroz prikaz problema koji se pojavljuju duž lanca iskorištavanja ograničenih resursa u proizvodnji svakodnevno potrebnih proizvoda, ukazuje na veliku potrebu za primjenom kružnog gospodarenja, sve u cilju smanjenja nastanka otpada iz prehrambene i tekstilne industrije sa završnim ciljem – održivi razvoj. Potreba je sve procese promatrati kao cjelinu, dio slagalice, kako bi se na ispravan način moglo pristupiti rješavanju problema i daljnjem napretku.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis negative aspects of the model of linear economy are presented. It shows important reasons of the transition to the model of circular economy. Through problems that arise along the chain of exploitation of limited resources in the production of daily needed products, it is indicating a strong need for the application of the circular management, all in order to reduce the generation of waste from the food and textile industries with a final goal - sustainable development. It is necessary to observe all processes as an entirety, part of the puzzle, in order to be able to approach the problem solving and progress.
