Abstract
Kroz analizu niza županijskih i državnih dokumenata odabrani su prirodno-geografski i društveno-geografski faktori Istarske županije koji su bitni za određivanje parametara uz pomoć kojih će se dobiti potencijalno odlagalište otpada na istom području. Prilikom izbora parametara u radu je korištena domaća zakonska regulativa, ali i smjernice Europske unije kod rješavanja tog problema. Nakon toga je prikazano trenutno stanje sustava gospodarenja otpadom na području županije, te je provedena analiza i obavljena usporedba podudarnosti postojećih lokacija s potencijalnim lokacijama za zbrinjavanje otpada dobivenih primjenom multikriterijskih prostornih analiza.
Abstract (english)
Natural geographical and social geographical factors of Istria, which are important for determining the parameters by which to get potentially landfill in the same area, are selected through the analysis of a number of county and state documents. During the selection of parameters and in resolving the problem in the study were used domestic legislation and guidelines of the European Union. After that is shown the current waste management in the country and is analyzed and compared the correspondence of existing landfills with potential locations which are gotten by multicriterial spatial analysis.
