Abstract
Slatkovodni ekosustavi su među najugroženijim ekosustavima u svijetu, pretpostavlja se da su najosjetljiviji na unos alohtonih vrsta. Ponto-kaspijske invazivne vrste su vrste porijeklom iz Crnog mora, Kaspijskog i Aralskog jezera koje su se „zahvaljujući“ čovjekovom utjecaju uspješno proširile u diljem svijeta. U rijeci Dravi od invazivnih vrsta ponto-kaspijskog podrijetla utvrđena je prisutnost: Dreissena polymorpha, Dikerogammarus villosus, Chelicorophium curvispinum i Lymnomysis benedeni. Na temelju današnjih saznanja teško je predvidjeti sve posljedice unosa novih vrsta u vodeni ekosustav. Međutim sasvim je sigurno da će navedene invazivne vrste ugroziti autohtonu faunu rijeke Drave, postati dominantni članovi bentosa, te u cjelini narušiti biološku ravnotežu cijelog ekosustava. Vrlo je vjerojatno da će se putem rijeke širiti dalje uzvodno, putem kanala prijeći i u ostale rijeke u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
Freshwater ecosystems are amnogst the most threatened ecosystems, and are presumed to be most susceptible to invasion of alien species. Ponto-Caspian invasive species are all the species originating in the Black Sea, as well as Caspian and Aral Seas that have spread to other parts of the world, mainly with aid of humans. Species found in Drava river include Dreissena polymorpha, Dikerogammarus villosus, Chelicorophium curvispinum and Lymnomysis benedeni. Impacts of these invasions are hard to predict based on available information, but it's certain that these alien species will affect the local fauna and become the dominat benthos species, thus disturbing the natural balance of the ecosystem. It's likely they'll find their way further upstream and possibly spread to other Croatian rivers connected to Drava using natural as well as man-made routes.
