Abstract
U ovom radu razmatra se praćenje promjena okoliša pomoću Landsat Satelita na primjeru prostora oko Kaštelanskog zaljeva u Hrvatskoj. Prvo se objašnjavaju osnove daljinskih istraživanja te specifikacije Landsat satelita, a zatim se kreće se sa analizom promjena NDVI indeksa na navedenom prostoru primjenom ArcGIS softvera. Analiziraju se promjene unutar četiri razdoblja između 1972. i 2011. godine pomoću apsolutnih i relativnih pokazatelja. Zatim se pokušavaju protumačiti određene promjene u prostoru te njihova povezanost sa promjenom broja stanovnika, izgradnjom određenih objekata te sa prirodnim čimbenicima koji utječu na promjene NDVI vrijednosti. Na kraju se objašnjava problematika analize NDVI vrijednosti na krškom području te se razmatraju moguća rješenja za tumačenja pojedinih promjena.
Abstract (english)
This paper discusses the use of the Landsat satellites for observing the changes of the environment around the Kaštela bay in Croatia. Firstly, the basics of the remote sensing and specifications of Landsat satellites are presented, and then the objective moves to analysing the changes of NDVI values by using ArcGIS software. Analysis is done by observing the absolute and relative changes of NDVI values at four time periods between 1972. and 2011. Then, specific NDVI changes over time are explained and correlated with changes of population, building of certain objects and natural factors. Finally, the problems of NDVI analysis at karst areas is explained and possible solutions for explaining certain changes of NDVI values are discussed.
