Abstract
Istraživanje skupine Copepoda provedeno je u anhijalinim spiljama Hrvatske tijekom 2003. , 2004. i 2005. godine. Uzorkovanja su vršena od ožujka 2003. do srpnja 2005. godine, a uzorci su prikupljeni od strane Hrvatskog prirodoslovnog muzeja. Utvrđeno je tri reda Copepoda od čega je nađeno 1390 jedinki Calanoida, 1037 Cyclopoida i 233 Harpacticoida. Također je utvrđena biomasa pojedinih skupina i prosječna veličina jedinke po lokalitetima. Zaključeno je da su u uzorcima uglavnom prevladavali Calanoidi s dosta Cyclopoida koji su nađeni na najvećem broju postaja, dok su Harpacticoidi bili kvalitativno i kvantitativno slabije zastupljeni. Izračunani su Simpsonov i Shannon – Wienerov indeks raznolikosti, bogatstvo vrsta i ujednačenost. Shannon – Wienerov indeks ima najveću vrijednost kod Jame pod Orljakom (Zaton), a Simpsonov u Jami Gravranjača (Kornati) gdje su ujednačenost i bogatstvo vrsta najviši.
Abstract (english)
Research of Copepoda was conducted in anchialine caves of Croatia during 2003., 2004. and 2005. Samplings were made from March, 2003 until July, 2005 by Croatian natural history museum. 3 orders of Copepods were determined of which 1390 were Calanoida, 1037 Cyclopoida and 233 Harpacticoida. Biomass and average lenght of individuals were also determined on every station. It has been concluded that Calanoida were dominant, with also great number of Cyclopoida which were most dominant concerning numbers of stations where they have been found. Harpacticoida were much less abundant. Simpson and Shannon – Wiener index of biodiversity, richness of species and eveness were calculated. Shannon – Wiener shows highest value at Jama pod Orljakom (Zaton). Simpson index, eveness and richness all show highest value at Jama Grevranjača (Kornati).
