Abstract Suradničko učenje je aktivni proces učenja u kojemu se njeguju akademske i socijalne vještine kroz izravnu interakciju učenika, individualnu odgovornost i pozitivnu međuovisnost. Nastalo je kao antiteza na natjecateljsko učenje još u prošlom stoljeću. Od tada, sve do danas, provedeno je oko 550 eksperimentalnih i 100 studijskih istraživanja suradničkog učenja u odnosu na individualno i natjecateljsko učenje kojima je potvrđeno da suradničko učenje rezultira većim postignućima, kreiranjem novih ideja i rješenja, metakognicijom, prenošenjem naučenoga iz jedne situacije u drugu, boljim psihološkim zdravljem i razvojem socijalnih kompetencija. Prednosti strategije suradničkog učenja su brojne, a neke od njih su snažnije motiviranje i aktiviranje učenika, poticanje viših misaonih funkcija, poticanje suradnje i komuniciranja, razvijanje osjećaja prihvaćenosti, uzajamne povezanosti, povećanje samopoštovanja, prihvaćanje različitosti itd. No, da bi strategija suradničkog učenja bila uistinu suradničko učenje i da bi se tom strategijom ostvarile sve navedene prednosti, suradničko učenje mora sadržavati osnovne komponente a to su pozitivna međuovisnost, izravna interakcija, individualna odgovornost, suradnička umijeća i grupno procesiranje. Pri kreiranju nastave korištenjem strategije suradničkog učenja treba poštivati temeljno načelo razmisliti – razmijeniti – prezentirati. Nastava se može kreirati korištenjem informalnog i formalnog tipa suradničkog učenja te osnovnih suradničkih grupa. Danas, suradničko učenje je jedna od najpopularnijih nastavnih strategija koja bi trebala imati što širu primjenu u današnjim interaktivnim razredima u kojima se teži suradnji i interakciji učitelja i učenika kako bi naše učenike što bolje pripremili za izazove budućnosti.
Abstract (english) Cooperative learning is an active process of learning that foster academic and social skills through direct interaction of students, individual responsibility and positive interdependence. It was created as the antithesis of the competitive learning in the last century. Since then, until today, there were conducted about 550 experimental and 100 study researches of cooperative learning in a relation to the individual and competitive learning which confirmed that cooperative learning results in greater achievement, creating new ideas and solutions, metacognition, transferring acquired knowledge from one situation to another, better psychological health and development of social competences. The advantages of cooperative learning strategies are numerous, and some of them are more powerful motivation and activation of students, encouraging higher thought functions, encouraging cooperation and communication, developing a sense of acceptance, connections, increase of self –respect, acceptance of dissimilarity and so on. But, that this strategy of cooperative learning will truly be cooperative learning and that achieve all mentioned advantages, it must contain the basic components and these are positive interdependence, direct interaction, individual responsibility, collaborative skills, and group processing. When creating classes using a strategy of cooperative learning, you should respect the basic principle to consider – to exchange – to present. Classes can be created by using informal and formal type of cooperative learning and basic cooperative groups. Today, cooperative learning is one of the most popular teaching strategies which should have a wider application in today's interactive classes which tends to cooperation and interaction between teachers and students to help our students to prepare better for the challenges of the future.
