Abstract
Uzorci fitoplanktona sakupljani su jednom mjesečno na četiri vertikalna profila tijekom vegetacijske sezone (svibanj, lipanj, srpanj, kolovoz, rujan i listopad) u razdoblju 2014.-2018. U fitoplanktonskoj je zajednici ukupno utvrđeno 128 vrsta. Brojnošću vrsta dominiraju zelene alge (Chlorophyta i Charophyta), dok je subdominantna skupina Bacillariohyta. Abundancijom broja stanica/L redovito dominiraju skupine Ochrophyta (Dinobryon spp.) i Bacillariohyta (Cyclotella spp.). Navedeni su rodovi gotovo redovito dominantni tijekom čitavog razdoblja istraživanja uz kodominaciju zelenih algi (Tetrastrum komarekii Hindák i Oocystis sp.) te cijanobakterije Konvophoron sp. (ex Romeria). Tijekom istraživanog razdoblja redovito je najveća gustoća fitoplanktona utvrđena u ljetnom razdoblju. Na temelju frekvencije pojavljivanja i maksimalne gustoće fitoplanktona dominanta funkcionalna grupa (FG) u akumulaciji bila je B-E. Izračunati trofički indeks dijatomeja ukazuje na mezotrofno stanje s tendencijom prema umjereno eutrofnom stanju, a saprobni na I-II odnosno II klasu boniteta vode s povremenom tendencijom porasta. Provedenim analizama definirani fitoplanktonski deskriptori i njihove pripadajuće vrijednosti klasama Okvirne Direktive o vodama (ODV), definirane su postojećim zakonskim aktom koji ne uključuje metodologiju za akumulacije. Završetkom izrade i verificiranjem metodologije izračuna ekološkog potencijala za akumulacije neophodno je provesti usklađivanje prikupljenih podataka i novih izračuna.
Abstract (english)
Phytoplankton samples were collected monthly on four vertical profiles during the vegetative season (May, June, July, August, September, and October) in 2014-2018. A total of 128 species have been identified in the phytoplankton community. The number of species is dominated by green algae (Chlorophyta and Charophyta), while the subdominant group is Bacillariohyta. Abundance (cell number/L) is regularly dominated by the groups Ochrophyta (Dinobryon spp.) and Bacillariohyta (Cyclotella spp.). These genera are almost regularly dominant throughout the study period with subdomination of green algae (Tetrastrum komarekii Hindák and Oocystis sp.) and cyanobacteria Konvophoron sp. (ex Romeria). During the study period, the highest phytoplankton density was regularly found in the summer. Based on the frequency of occurrence and maximum of phytoplankton density, the dominant functional group (FG) in the reservoir was B-E. The calculated trophic index of diatoms indicates a mesotrophic state with a tendency towards a moderately eutrophic state, and saprobic ones on the I-II and II class, respectively, of water quality with an occasional upward tendency.
