Abstract | Sadržaj mikro- i makroelemenata određen je metodom atomske emisijske spektrometrije uz induktivno spregnutu plazmu u uzorcima kupusnjačama. Utjecaj solnog stresa na sadržaj elemenata raštike, bijelog i kineskog kupusa određen je usporedbom sadržaja kontrolnih uzoraka s uzorcima koji su pri uzgoju tretirani s NaCl. Uzorci su razoreni u uređaju za mikrovalno potpomognuto razaranje s dušičnom kiselinom i vodikovim peroksidom. Nakon optimizacije i validacije metode ICP-AES u uzorcima je određena koncentracija Al, Ca, K, Mg, Na, B, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr, V i Zn. Točnost metode određena je na temelju analitičkog povrata (93,1 - 117,4 % za list raštike, 92,3 - 112,0 % za list raštike tretiran s NaCl, 96,1 – 122 % za list kineskog kupusa i 67,5 - 90,2 % za list kineskog kupusa). Detekcijske granice su za većinu elemenata manje od 1 μg g–1, osim za Al i Ba za koje su određene između 1 i 2 μg g–1. Makroelementi (mg g–1) određeni u uzorcima kupusnjača su: Al, Ca, K, Mg i Na, a mikroelemenata (μg g–1) su: B, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr, V i Zn. Maseni udio mikro- i makroelemenata razlikuje se u različitim biljnim organima (list i korijen) te u uzorcima kupusnjača uzgojenih sa i bez solnog stresa. |
Abstract (english) | In order to study, whether salinity has also an influence on metal accumulation, the contents of selected micro- and macroelements were determined by ICP-AES in white kale, cabbage, and Chinese cabbage. The samples (roots and leaves of treated and non-treatedplants) were digested using nitric acid in a microwave assisted digestion system. After optimization and validation of the analytical method, the contents of Al, Ca, K, Mg, Na, B, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr, V, and Zn were determined. The trueness was determined based on recovery; 93.1 % - 117.4 % for kale leaf, 92.3 % - 112.0 % for NaCl treated kale leaf, 96.1 % - 172.1 % for Chinese cabbage leaf, and 67.5 % - 90.2 % for NaCl treated Chinese cabbage leaf. All limits of detection are less than 1 μg g–1, except for Al and Ba whose limits of detection were between 1 and 2 μg g–1. The macroelements Al, Ca, K, Mg and Na were determined to be present in mg g–1 range. The microelements B, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr, V, and Zn were found in contents of μg g–1. The plant part i.e. root or leaf, as well as treatment showed to significantly influence the metal content. |
