Abstract
U ovom radu određene su koncentracije elemenata rijetkih zemalja u uzorcima tartufa te pridruženog tla i kore drveta uz koje raste. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno ukupno 6 staništa ljetnog tartufa (Tuber aestivum) na području Republike Hrvatske. Prikupljeni uzorci tartufa, tla i kore drveta podvrgnuti su multielementnoj analizi. Primjenom tehnike spektrometrije masa visoke razlučivosti uz induktivno spregnutu plazmu određene su ukupne koncentracije elemenata rijetkih zemalja u uzorcima. U svim... More uzorcima analizirane su ukupne koncentracije 15 elemenata (REY): La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu + Y. Izračunate su i sume koncentracija (ΣREE, ΣREY, LREE, HREE), omjeri (LREE/HREE), anomalije (Eu/Eu*, Ce/Ce*) kao i indeksi frakcionacije za uzorke tla ((La/Lu)NASC, (La/Lu)NASC, (La/Sm)NASC, (Nd/Yb)NASC, (LREE/HREE)NASC) te ((La/Lu)Tlo, (La/Sm)Tlo, (Nd/Yb)Tlo, (LREE/HREE)Tlo) za uzorke tartufa i kore biljaka. Dobivene prosječne koncentracije ΣREE u uzorcima tla u skladu su s već zabilježenim vrijednostima za tla u Hrvatskoj te odgovaraju rasponu srednjih vrijednosti europskih tala. Rezultati ukazuju na izrazitu varijabilnost u raspodjeli koncentracija REY između različitih lokacija, te velika sličnost među normaliziranim krivuljama uzoraka s istih lokacija, što je u skladu s prethodnim istraživanjima i zaključkom da su koncentracije u gljivama prvenstveno utjecane kemijskom komponentom pripadajućeg tla. Abstract (english)
In this paper, the concentrations of rare earth elements in truffle samples and associated soil and tree bark with which it grows were determined. The study covered a total of 6 habitats of summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) in the Republic of Croatia. The collected samples of truffles, soil and tree bark were subjected to multielement analysis. Using the technique of high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, the total concentrations of rare earth elements in the samples... More were determined. Total concentrations of 15 elements (REY) were analyzed in all samples: La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu + Y. Sums of concentrations were also calculated (ΣREY, LREE, HREE), ratios (LREE/HREE), anomalies (Eu/Eu*, Ce/Ce*) as well as fractionation indices for soil samples (La/Lu)NASC, (La/Lu)NASC, ( La/Sm)NASC, (Nd/Yb)NASC, (LREE/HREE)NASC) and (La /Lu)Soil, (La/Sm)Soil, (Nd/Yb)Soil, (LREE/HREE)Soil) for truffle and plant bark samples. The obtained average concentrations of ΣREE in soil samples are in accordance with the already recorded values for soils in Croatia and correspond to the range of mean values of European soils. The results indicate marked variability in the distribution of REY concentrations between different sites, and great similarity between the normalized curves of samples from the same sites, which is consistent with previous research and the conclusion that concentrations in fungi are primarily affected by the chemical composition of the soil.
