Abstract
Tržište rada na području tehnologije se mijenja iz dana u dan. Samim time poslodavci traže ljude koji su spremni za razne vrste učenja, pretežito samoučenje, i rad na sebi. Isto tako, industrija se često razlikuje od sadržaja koji se obrađuje u obrazovnim ustanovama. Samim time ljudi su prisiljeni na samoučenje. Jedno od područja koje definitivno zahtijeva samoučenje je strojno učenje koje u zadnjih nekoliko godina jako brzo raste. Samoučenje se može izvoditi na razne načine, međutim najpopularniji su online tečajevi.
Abstract (english)
Technology is changing everyday, so employers in this field are searching for people who are ready for self-learning and who are willing to improve. Also, work in industry often differs from knowledge gained during education in educational istintutions. With that in mind, people are forced to practice self-learning. Machine learning field definitely requires self-learning skills. Self-learning can bed one in various ways but online tutorials are most popular.
