Abstract
Sinteza nanostruktura poprima veliku važnost u istraživanju zbog njihove sve šire primjene u raznim područjima. U ovom radu procesima fotolitografije i deponiranja izvršena je sinteza srebrnih nanogrozdova na silicijskim pločicama. Uzorci, kvadratići duljine stranica jedan, tri i osam mikrometara, zagrijavani su na visokim temperaturama od 400 °C, 600 °C i 800 °C. Za analizu uzoraka korišteni su pretražni elektronski mikroskop i pretražnik atomskih sila. Dobivene slike obrađene su programima ImageJ i Gwyddion. Proučavao se utjecaj temperature na veličinu i visinu nanogrozdova te na prekrivenost površine uzorka. Na višim temperaturama čestice srebra migriraju zbog povećanja kinetičke energije, međusobno se udaljuju i površinom smanjuju. Najzastupljeniji su nanogrozdovi srebra s površinom od \(10^3\) do \(10^4\) \(nm^2\) . Pokazano je da se povećanjem visine nanogrozdova srebra smanjuje prekrivenost površine uzorka. Pri 800 °C dolazi do pojave prstenova.
Abstract (english)
The synthesis of nanostructures have gained considerable importance in research due to their increasing application in various fields. In this paper, the synthesis of silver nanoclusters on silicon wafers was performed by photolithography and deposition. The samples, squares of page length one, three, and eight micrometers, were heated at high post exposure baking temperatures of 400 °C, 600 °C and 800 °C. A scanning electron and atomic force microscopes were used to analyze the samples. The resulting images were processed with ImageJ and Gwyddion. The influence of temperature on the size and height of nanoclusters and on the surface coverage of the sample was studied. At higher temperatures, silver particles migrate due to an increase in kinetic energy, they distance more from each other, and decrease in surface area. The most common are silver nanoclusters with an area of \(10^3\) to \(10^4\) \(nm^2\). The analysis has shown that by increasing the height of the silver nanoclusters, the coverage of the sample surface decreases. At 800 ° C, rings appear.
