Abstract
Inteligentni virtualni asistenti su softverski agenti koji izvršavaju određene zadatke na temelju zahtjeva korisnika. Ovisno o njihovoj namjeni dijele se na četiri vrste : chatbot-ovi, glasovni asistenti, AI avatari i asistenti specifični za domenu. Svaki od njih je baziran na umjetnoj inteligenciji, a ovisno o namjeni kombiniraju se sa drugim tehnologijama. U svakodnevnici koriste se u raznim područjima, a najčešće se koriste u kućanstvu. Cilj ovog rada je proučiti osnove inteligentnih virtualni asistenata te prikazati izradu prilagođene vještine. Kao primjer uređaja za koji izgrađujemo prilagođenu vještinu uzeli smo Amazon-ova Alexa.
Abstract (english)
Intelligent virtual assistants are software agents that perform specific tasks based on user requests. Depending on their purpose, they are divided into four types: chatbots, voice assistants, AI avatars and domain-specific assistants. Each of them is based on artificial intelligence, and depending on the purpose, they are combined with other technologies. In everyday life, they are used in various areas, and they are most often used in the household. The aim of this work is to study the basics of intelligent virtual assistants and to show the creation of a customized skill. As an example of a device for which we are building a custom skill, we took Amazon's Alexa.
