Abstract
U ovom radu proučena je ekspresija proteina dendrina u jetri miša C57BL/6J. Primjenom Hematoksilin - eozin histološke tehnike bojanja identificiran je jetreni parenhim, dok se tehnikom imunofluorescencije istraživala ekspresija dendrina. U svim uzorcima jetrenog parenhima miša uočava se ekspresija dendrina u hepatocitima, osobito u njihovom apikalnom dijelu. Snažna ekspresija dendrina posebno je izražena u hepatocitima koji okružuju središnju venu.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the expression of dendrin protein in the liver of C57BL/6J mice was studied. Liver parenchyma was identified using the Hematoxylin-eosin histological staining technique, while dendrin was detected using the immunofluorescence technique. In all samples of mouse liver parenchyma, dendrin expression is observed in hepatocytes, especially in their apical part. The strong expression of dendrin is especially pronounced in the hepatocytes surrounding the central vein.
