Topologic materials are group of materials that abounds in interesting quantum states in which crystal structures and certain metallic materials can be found. Berry phase, Chern number, Weyl and Dirac semimetals are some of many more interesting phenomena that are manifested and are crucial for certain group of materials in upholding their important topological aspects. Importance and term of crystal structures, like reciprocal and direct cells give us insight about structural properties of topological materials and crucial criteria that arise from them. In short notice, we have seen that there is a possibility of exploiting certain nature symmetries, like time reversal and translation symmetries, to see whether some insulator is 3D topological either trivial or that only certain number of crystal structures is appropriate for topological insulator, because it will hold for i.e. topological phase transition without the need for fine tuning, which is actually pretty difficult to demand and find.
