Abstract
Rad se bavi istraživanjem korisničkog iskustva na društvenim mrežama. U prvom dijelu rada govori se o društvenim mrežama općenito, definiciji društvene mreže, povijesti društvenih mreža te najpoznatijim profesionalnim društvenim mrežama i mrežama za druženje. Drugi dio rada odnosi se na korisničko iskustvo, njegove definicije, komponente, prošlost i budućnost. Treći dio je praktični dio u kojem se istražuje korisničko iskustvo na društvenoj mreži Facebook pomoću WAMMI upitnika implementiranog na Google Disku i u Visual Studiu kao web aplikacija. Dobiveni rezultati govore da je Facebook društvena mreža koja zadovoljava većinu tvrdnji iz WAMMI upitnika, te kao takva opravdava svoj status jedne od najpoznatijih društvenih mreža današnjice.
Abstract (english)
This paper is concentrated on the research of user experience on social networks. The first part deals with social networks in general, social network definitions, social network history, and the most popular social networks and social networks. The second part deals with user experience, its definitions, components, past and future. The third part is a practical part to explore user experience on the social network Facebook using the WAMMI questionnaire implemented on Google Disk and in Visual Studio as a web application. The results obtained show that Facebook is a social network that meets most of the WAMMI claims and as such justifies its status as one of today's most well-known social networks.
