Abstract Uporaba informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije i nepostojanje direktnog kontakta učenika s učiteljem obilježavaju e-učenje koje u središte odgojno-obrazovnog procesa stavlja učenika pružajući mu dinamičko okruženje i pomažući mu u ostvarivanju obrazovnih ishoda. E-učenje razvija samoodgovornost učenika jer traži aktivno učenje i samostalnost u radu. Obzirom da se utjecaj e-učenja na teme održivoga razvoja i zdravlja u nastavi prirode i biologije nedostatno istraživao, ovim se istraživanjem željelo doprinijeti boljem razumijevanju njihovog međuodnosa. S ciljem utvrđivanja očekivanja učenika od e-učenja te učinkovitosti e-učenja na ostvarivanje obrazovnih ishoda na temama vezanim uz zdravlje i održivi razvoj, provedeno je istraživanje na uzorku od osam razreda drugoga i trećega obrazovnoga ciklusa.
Rezultati pokazuju kako su učenici imali visoka očekivanja od e-učenja koja su i ispunjena, a e-učenje pokazalo se jednako učinkovitim kao i tradicionalna nastava u razredu. Istraživanje je pokazalo kako učenici drugoga obrazovnoga ciklusa koristeći e-učenje napreduju statistički značajno više u odnosu na učenike trećega ciklusa, a ovakav rad u digitalnom okruženju ostavlja prostor za napredovanje i učenicima nižeg g-faktora inteligencije. Identificirale su se i razlike u interesima učenika prema nastavnim temama prirode i biologije u odnosu na spol tako da učenici svih razreda najmanji interes pokazuju prema temama Alge i Gljive, a djevojčice iskazuju statistički značajno veći interes prema temama prirodnog i društvenog okoliša u odnosu na dječake.
Rezultati istraživanja pridonijet će boljem razumijevanju utjecaja e-učenja u promicanju obrazovanja za zdrav i održiv život. Imat će također značajnu znanstvenu, stručnu, praktičnopedagošku vrijednost i opravdanost osobito u poticanju učitelja praktičara prema korištenju sustava e-učenja za povećanje motiviranosti za rad, samoodgovornosti i učinkovitosti učenika u nastavnom procesu. Ujedno, rezultati istraživanja mogu biti smjernice kreatorima obrazovnih politika za implementaciju e-učenja u nastavni proces općenito i u osmišljavanju suvremenih scenarija učenja u digitalnom okruženju.
Abstract (english) The use of information-communication technology and non-existence of direct contact of students with a teacher mark the e-learning that in the focus of educational-upbringing processes place students providing him/her dynamic environment and assisting him/her in achievements of educational outcomes. E-learning develops self-responsibility of the students since it requires active learning and independency in work. Since the influence of the e-learning on themes of sustainable development and health in the class of Nature science and Biology is inadequately researched, by this research the desire was to contribute to better understanding of their interrelations. In order to determine expectations of the students of the e-learning as well as the efficiency of e-learning in gaining educational outcomes at the themes related to the health and sustainable development, the research was conducted at the sample of eight grades of the second and the third educational cycle.
The results indicate that the students had high expectations from e-learning and they were fulfilled, and the students that used e-learning are equally successful as traditional classroom classes.The research showed that the students of the second educational cycle by using elearning are progressing statistically more significantly in comparison to the students of the third cycle, and such a work in digital environment, leaves a space for the progress as well as to the students of the lower g-factor of intelligence. The differences in the students’ interests were identified regarding to the teaching themes of Nature science and Biology regarding to the gender in such a manner that the students of all grades showed the least interest in themes such as Algae and Fungi, and the girls show statistically significantly higher interest towards themes of the natural and social environment in relation to the boys.
The results of the research will contribute to better understanding of e-learning in promotion of education for healthy and sustainable life, and will have significant scientific, professional, practical-pedagogical value and validity especially in encouraging teachers the practitioners towards the use of e-learning system for enlargement of motivation for work, selfresponsibility and efficiency of the students in the teaching process. Withal, the results of the research can be directives to creators of education policies for implementation of e-learning in the teaching process in general and in creation of modern scenario of learning in the digital environment.
